This was my first experience receiving an energy healing treatment.
During the session, I felt as though I was both awake and asleep at the same time—almost like being in a deep meditative state. I would occasionally become aware of sensations and changes in my body, but those thoughts would quickly drift away, leaving me with a feeling similar to dreaming.
The one thing I remained aware of throughout the treatment was the sense that she was genuinely present and wholeheartedly focused on my wellbeing.
After the session, I noticed something unexpected. My thoughts felt clearer and more organised. It was as if some of the old patterns, assumptions, and ways of thinking that I had carried for years were being gently reset and reconsidered.
It’s difficult to fully explain the experience in words, but it felt both calming and profound, and I left with a greater sense of clarity and ease.
