*Additional travel costs apply outside the Wakatipu Basin (areas that do not include; Queenstown, Frankton, Arthurs Point, Shotover Country, Arrowtown)
Cancellation
A reminder will be sent out 24hrs prior to your appointment. If you are unable to give notice of cancellation within 24hrs a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Exceptions apply if the booking is postponed as a one-off or can not be filled by another. In exceptional situations at the discretion of Pure Energy, there will be no charge.
