My Story & Philosophy
Brought up in the quaint town of Arrowtown, near Queenstown New Zealand, I have studied and worked as both a Primary School and Early Childhood Educator. It was when I first meditated over a decade ago, that my whole world altered – including my perception of reality! I simultaneously began not only feeling, but innately working with energy. It’s been an interesting journey (to say the least), to bring me where I am today.
I have long been fascinated by the intersection of science, consciousness and spirituality. In particular, Quantum Physics, consciousness research and ancient wisdom traditions have provided frameworks for exploring some of the extraordinary phenomena I have experienced throughout my life.

Like these mentors, I am passionate about bridging the gap between spirituality and science. I hope my story sparks something in others to know that each of our potential is limitless.
